Bike Distribution

Love INC, in partnership with Church on the Hill and A Better Society, will host a bike give-away event for clients who have pre-registered. Bike helmets, locks, and training wheels will be available, as well.

Here are some ways you can help:

  • If you have gently-used adult or child sized bikes that you are no longer using, please donate them to Project Life-Cycle, a subsidiary of A Better Society. Bikes can be donated on Tuesday evenings, 6-9 pm, at 1453 Park Road in Chanhassen, or you can leave them behind their building anytime. To reach Project Life Cycle, call 612-567-1005.
  • If you know how to repair bikes or would like to learn, please consider volunteering at Project Life-Cycle on Tuesday evenings. Their bike repair crew is always looking for new recruits! Call 612-567-1005 for more information about volunteering.
  • Love INC purchases new helmets and bike locks for the clients receiving bikes. If you’d like to make a donation to our Bike Ministry, please click here and make sure to indicate you are supporting the Bike Ministry in the notes section.

Chef Bob DeMaris and his family will be preparing and providing pancakes, sausage, fresh blueberry and strawberry toppings, butter, syrup, whipped topping, coffee, and orange juice. And for the first time ever, the breakfast will include LIVE music provided by The Bury Brothers, a local group who is excited to perform in their hometown. We hope you will join us to eat, volunteer, or do BOTH!

  • When: Sunday, July 29, 2018
  • Time: 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
  • Where: Chaska City Square Park (located in historic downtown Chaska with the gazebo)

Donations to help offset the purchase of the food and the live entertainment are welcomed!
